The Weld Monitoring Solution relies on the Distance, Current, Voltage and Pressure transducers to provide a reliable and high quality analysis of each weld.

Access to Genset Reading In Weld Monitoring

Access to Genset Reading In Weld Monitoring, to show genset reading in welding monitoring window, and record genset status to weld chart for C15 genset only for now, will need RS485 to USB/COM connector

Access to Genset Monitoring window, to check lots of genset running status in a separate window for C15 genset only for now, will need RS485 to USB/COM connector

View/Print weld chart,daily/monthly report which made by "Weld Monitoring Solution";

Add image/note to weld chart(*.csv file);

View parameter in weld chart(*.csv file);

And other basic feature.

Access to file(*.wld,*.dly)

View/Print weld chart,daily report which made by "Weld Monitoring Studio";

View/Print weld chart,daily report which made by "Weld Management Solution"(V2.1 and Eariler);

Add image/note to weld chart(*.wld file);

View parameter in weld chart(*.wld file);

Access to Cloud Storage

Auto-Receive weld charts which stored in Cloud
Server.

Corresponding Machine WMS should enable "Upload weld charts to Cloud Stroage" feature;

User should get Amazon Simple Storage Service(Amazon S3), User should get their own Amazon Account and pay for this service.

Access to Weld Monitoring remotely

Access to Monitoring and Recording of weld cycle on an active welding machine

Corresponding Machine WMS(Named as "Weld Monitoring Solution Server") should enable remote access to weld monitoring;

Remote Access to live data will need Amazon Internet of Things(Amazon IOT) services, User should get your own Amazon Account and pay for this service.

Access to Auto-Email

Auto-Set and Receive weld charts which sended from machine WMS via email.

Corresponding Machine WMS should enable Auto- Send Email feature;

Email Account should supplied by user.

Access to parameter & setting remotely

Access to view and modification of parameters from office version("Weld Monitoring Solution Client") on an active welding machine.

Access to view and modification of setting from office version("Weld Monitoring Solution Client") on an active welding machine.

Corresponding Machine WMS(Named as “Weld Monitoring Solution Server”) should enable remote access to parameter and setting;
Remote Access to parameters and setting will need Amazon Internet of Things(Amazon IOT) services, User should get your own Amazon Account and pay for this service.
